Congo, Republic Of Visa Visa

• Submit valid, signed U.S. Passport, must have at least 6 months remaining validity
• 2 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Forms
• 2 Passport photographs • Notarized invitation (from the D.R. of Congo)
• Copy of round trip ticket or travel itinerary

• A typewritten and notarized business letter from host company in Republic of Congo. The business letter should be notarized at the City Council or at the Prefecture/Mairie) on company letterhead stating the nature of business to be performed, the name and address of a reference to be contacted in the Republic of Congo. The invitation letter must be addressed to the Embassy of the Republic of Congo, Visa section. .
• A business letter of responsibility written on your US company letterhead and addressed to Embassy of Republic of Congo, Visa Section.
The letter must explain the following:
- Nature of business to be performed in Democratic Republic of Congo
- Name and address of reference to be visited
- Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit
- The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant

• International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever is required
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Registration Card (Green Card), or copy of Valid U.S. Visa is also required.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
