Business travelers require a visa

• Submit Valid U.S. Passport, must be valid 6 months beyond intended stay, and contain at least one blank visa page
• 1 Fully completed and signed Visa Application Form

• 1 color Passport photograph
• Copy of ticket or travel itinerary
• For Non - US Citizens: Copy Green Card or proof Legal Status in United States is required
• Business invitation letter from the host company to be visited in Korea
• Copy of Certificate of Business Registration / Business Licence of host company in S. Korea is required

• A business letter of responsibility is required from the employer in the US, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate General of Korea, Visa Section, Los Angeles, CA The letter must explain all of the following:
The nature of business to be performed
Business reference to be visited in Korea
Guarantee financial support for the applicant while in Korea
Return transportation to the U.S.A
The letter should be signed by an officer / employee of the company other than the applicant
