Pakistan Visa

• Visa is required
• Submit your valid, signed passport, must have at least 6 months remaining, after completion of stay in Pakistan and contain at least one blank visa page
• 1 Fully completed and signed business visa application form
• 1 Fully completed and signed business visa application form

• 2 Passport photograph
• Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary
• For Non-U.S. Citizens: A copy of Alien Resident Card (Green Card), or proof of Legal Status in United States is also required.
• A business letter on your company letterhead signed by an officer other than applicant, introducing the applicant, purpose of the visit, duration of stay and acceptance of financial responsibility

• A business letter of responsibility written on your US company letterhead and addressed to: Consulate General of Pakistan. The letter must state all of the following:
- Nature of business to be performed
- Business reference in Pakistan to be visited
- Company guarantee of financial responsibility for the applicant, and their return transportation
- The letter should be signed by a company employee other than the applicant business invitation letter from host company in Pakistan
- If the applicant is the owner of the business, the company profile should be attached
• A copy of the business license of the company.

• Three months of most recent bank statements
• A copy of valid driver's license or state ID
• A business letter of invitation from host company, on it's letterhead along with proof of it's registration with the relevant chamber of commerce and industry in Pakistan.
• Completed Ambassador Passport and Visa Cover Letter
